On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is our great pleasure to invite you to attend the joint 22nd international meeting on Recent Developments in Pharmaceutical Analysis (RDPA 2027) and 9th International Symposium on Advances in Pharmaceutical Analysis (APA 2027), which will take place in Foligno (Perugia, Italy) from June 27 to 30, 2027.
RDPA and APA are highly stimulating biennial conferences that represent a unique opportunity for both international and national scientists working in all areas of pharmaceutical analysis to meet and exchange ideas. The conference will feature plenary and keynote lectures by internationally renowned experts on cutting-edge topics, alongside contributed talks, poster presentations, and a dedicated Young Researchers Session to foster interdisciplinary discussion and provide Ph.D. students and postdoctoral researchers with opportunities to present their work.
The scientific program will cover the latest advances in pharmaceutical analysis, from innovative methodologies and instrumentation for drug discovery, including omics technologies, to applications for biopharmaceutical products, impurities profile and quality control. Contributions addressing recent advances in natural products, food analysis, nutraceuticals, and forensic science are also welcome. The event will also provide numerous opportunities for informal interaction and scientific discussion among analytical scientists.
We firmly believe that this event will offer an excellent platform to share research experiences and foster new, fruitful collaborations, contributing significantly to the advancement of pharmaceutical analysis at an international level.
We look forward to your participation and to welcoming you to Foligno, a prominent center during the Middle Ages, that boasts a rich history dating back to the Umbrian and Roman periods.

Welcome to Foligno
A prominent center during the Middle Ages, Foligno boasts a rich history dating back to the Umbrian and Roman periods — the setting for four days of scientific exchange between talks, posters and informal discussion among analytical scientists.
Four days.Two meetings.One shared curiosity.

Meet in the heart of Foligno.
RDPA 2027 & APA 2027 will take place at Palazzo Trinci, Piazza della Repubblica, Foligno (PG). Foligno is a historic city in the heart of Umbria, easily reached by train from Rome and Perugia.
Standing on the north side of Piazza della Repubblica, the ancient heart of the town, Palazzo Trinci was built between the late 14th and early 15th century for the Trinci family, lords of Foligno from 1305 to 1439, and decorated by masters of the Late Gothic such as Gentile da Fabriano and Ottaviano Nelli. Today it houses the Foligno City Museum.

Bioanalytical Days 2027
Giornate di Bioanalitica 2027
RDPA & APA 2027 and the Bioanalytical Days form an integrated scientific program exploring future perspectives in pharmaceutical and biomedical analysis.
Held from June 30 to July 1, the Bioanalytical Days will focus on Bioanalysis and Pharmaceutical Analysis: From Method to Data, with particular attention to analytical strategies for drugs, metabolites, and biomarkers in biological matrices.
Traditionally organized by the Bioanalytical Thematic Group, this edition is held in collaboration with the Pharmaceutical Analysis Thematic Group of the Italian Chemical Society (SCI).
Researchers, industry experts, and representatives of public institutions will share new findings and discuss emerging challenges through oral and flash presentations, roundtables, and thematic workshops.
